Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items

- Downloadable software products
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@popotoys.in with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is returned safely.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Other Reasons: For returns due to reasons other than defects or incorrect items, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process to send the original item back and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
